What makeup to use on leg and arm to cover things and make them look even almost like a tan?!?!?!?

ok well i thought about tanning but i dont know how haha... like do i just apply sun screen and sit out for how long? but watever... i like to wear shorts and things to partys but my legs look uneven because ihave marks viends and other things that make them look weird.... also thier white so yea...but like is there a way to tan using makeup? like a spray or something u put on ur skin for a while and take it off? if not then wat makeup do i use? some ppl use foundation and stuff... but do they do both liquid and powder ones? also if u want to cover your face and make it look even and clear do u use both liqiud and then powder? plz help if u can! thanks... also steps would help! As for the face, I'm very fair skinned and ALWAYS wear sunscreen, a tan is not worth looking 80 when you're 30. Try using a liquid that contains a bronzer and if you want to be darker add a bronzing powder. This allows you to control the oiliness of the skin and also get just the right amount of color. Remember, you can still tan through sunscreen, so try putting it on and hitting the beach for a bit to tan up your legs and body.
